How do I receive my access code to open my locker?
Once you complete your booking—either through our website or
directly at the on-site terminal—you will receive a unique access code
by email. This code will allow you to enter the facility and open your
locker for the entire duration of your reservation.
If I book a locker and my luggage doesn’t fit, will I get my money back?
No, refunds are not available.
However, if you need a larger locker, you can make a
new booking for the correct size.
If the original code has not been used or the change is
requested in advance, we may review your case depending on availability.
What items are prohibited inside the locker?
For safety and hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to store:
- Food,
drinks or items that produce odours
- Any
kind of liquids
- Dangerous,
flammable or illegal items
- Cash,
jewellery or objects of high value
- Sensitive
electronics (phones, laptops, tablets, cameras, etc.)
- Important
personal documents (ID cards, passports, boarding passes, etc.)
The user is always responsible for the items placed inside
the locker.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes. Each locker includes theft insurance up to €500,
provided by Helvetia Seguros.
Please note:
The insurance does not cover cash, jewellery,
electronic devices, personal documents, or items of high economic or
sentimental value.
This is a standard insurance policy commonly used in
automated locker services.
How can I check if there are available lockers at Lockers Lanzarote?
On our website you can see real-time availability and
make a booking immediately.
If you are already at the location, the physical terminal
will show which locker sizes are available at that moment.
How long can I rent a locker for?
You can rent your locker for hours, full days, or
multiple consecutive days, depending on availability.
Bookings are made per natural day, not in 24-hour
blocks.
What is the daily price of a locker?
Prices depend on locker size and rental duration.
Updated rates are shown both on our website and at the
physical terminal inside the location.
How long can I stay inside the facility?
You may only stay for the time strictly necessary to
drop off or collect your belongings.
Remaining inside the facility longer than necessary is not
allowed.
Can I take photos or record videos inside the facility?
No.
For privacy and security reasons, taking photos or recording
videos inside the facility or of the security systems is strictly prohibited.
Can I eat inside the facility?
No.
Eating, drinking or smoking inside the premises is not
permitted.
What should I do if I have an issue with my locker?
You can contact our support team using the phone number
displayed at the location or by emailing info@lockerslanzarote.com.
If there is a technical issue, we will send assistance as
soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours
before the start of the service.
Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Can I reopen my locker after storing my belongings?
Yes, as long as your reservation is still active.
You may open and close your locker as many times as you need
during the rental period.
What happens if I book one day but leave my items for longer than planned?
Your reservation ends at 23:59 on the booked day.
If your belongings remain inside:
- You
will be charged the full price for the next day.
If you do not collect your items, they will be stored for up
to 15 days at a cost of €20 per day.
After this period, the items will be considered abandoned.
Do I have to book online?
Not necessarily. You can book:
- Online
via our website or QR code, or
- Directly
at the on-site terminal, paying by card or contactless.
Is it safe to leave my belongings in a locker?
Yes. Our facilities are equipped with:
