1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use, sale and contracting of the services provided by LZ Lockers S.L. (“Lockers Lanzarote”) through its website www.lockerslanzarote.com or via the physical terminals installed in its automated facilities in Lanzarote. By using the services—whether through online or physical booking—the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. LZ Lockers S.L. will store electronic documents related to bookings and will send a confirmation email including the access code.

 

2. Booking methods

Customers may book:

- Online via lockerslanzarote.com or QR code.

- On-site at the physical terminal using card or contactless payment.

In both cases, users receive a unique code granting access to the location and locker.

 

3. Prices and payments

Prices shown on the website or terminal at the moment of booking include IGIC. LZ Lockers S.L. may update prices but always respects the price valid at purchase time. Payments may be made via card, PayPal (online only), or other available methods. Transactions are SSL-encrypted. Card information is not stored.

 

4. Cancellations and withdrawal

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the service begins. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Changes for on-site bookings must be requested by email.

 

5. Proper use of lockers

Users agree to use only the assigned locker. It is prohibited to:

- Store food, liquids, or items causing strong smells.

- Store dangerous, illegal, or high-value objects (cash, jewellery, electronics, passports, documents, etc.).

- Stay longer than necessary inside the facility.

- Eat, drink, smoke, or change clothes inside.

- Take photos or videos of the facility or security systems.

Misuse may lead to penalties or service suspension.

 

6. Penalties and damages

- Wrong locker usage: €40

- Overloaded or jammed locker requiring technician: €60

- Not emptying locker on time: €50 plus an additional rental day

- Damages to locker: up to €1,500

- Storing prohibited items: €200 and possible report to authorities

Penalties must be paid via bank transfer.

 

7. Abandoned items

LZ Lockers S.L. may access and store items for 15 days if not collected. After this period, items are considered abandoned. Storage fee: €20/day.

 

8. Liability and insurance

Facilities have alarms and CCTV. Users are responsible for their belongings. In case of external power outage, a backup system will activate. If access remains unavailable, belongings may be shipped at the user’s cost.

 

9. Minors

Service restricted to users 18+. Minors only under adult supervision.

 

10. Intellectual property

All website content belongs to LZ Lockers S.L. or authorised third parties. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

 

11. Data protection

LZ Lockers S.L. complies with GDPR and Spanish data law. Users may exercise rights via info@lockerslanzarote.com.

 

12. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@lockerslanzarote.com. Responses will be provided within 14 business days.

 

13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Governed by Spanish law and the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. Disputes handled by the Courts of Arrecife unless consumer law states otherwise.
